Welcome to Illuminated Paths, where all seekers are found. I am Cristina Bruington and part of my spirit mission is to facilitate the transformation of the collective into wholeness and authentic living. As an Intuitive Systems Therapist and Mystic, I incorporate empathic gifts, Jungian shadow work, intergenerational awareness, and existential theory to guide others toward self-actualization. While holding space within the Ascension Evolution process, I aid souls in releasing attachments through a change in perspective, which illuminates a path forward. I deeply value and honor all interpersonal characteristics, as each of us is ‘a living example of a different truth about life’. I resonate with the highly sensitive/empaths, outsiders, non-traditionals, out of the box thinkers, and mavericks of the world. Everyone has something uniquely enchanting to bring to the table. So the approach for each soul and session is based on the needs and desires which present in the moment. Allow this discovery process to take a shape of its own. Whether this requires emotional vulnerability, transparent communication, or radical acceptance, as long as you show up for yourself, transformation will occur. These travels are not for the faint of heart as uncovering who we are underneath all the expectations assigned and accepted since conception can be a lonely and painstaking process. I commit to wading in the darkness with you, holding your hand, and being the guiding light in this voyage of self-discovery. As you step back into the light you will have gained a new level of acceptance, appreciation, and gratitude for the life experiences and lessons you have learned, healed, and overcome. Through my work as a Couples/Family Therapist and Addiction Specialist, I have gained a keen awareness of the impact our nuclear family, education system, religious doctrines, peer group, and community have on choices made in our created families, relationships, and interpersonal/intrapersonal conflicts. I utilize these personal and professional discoveries, my educational background, and peak/valley life experiences when working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I give adolescents the opportunity to be seen and heard as the strong, intelligent, wise spirits they truly are. I provide adults with the unconditional positive regard to heal their inner child and return to a sense of curiosity about the future they can create. I enjoy assisting couples through identifying strengths in their unique differences and shifting perspectives in the dynamic passion that can arise from opposite attractions. …If you diverge from the path… Alice shouts: I make the path. On a Personal Note: Through my own dark to light travel(s) I have embraced myself as an unrelenting seeker of knowledge, strong Aquarian/Sagittarian placement, an emotional, mental, and spiritual empath, and Work-In-Progress. I am an avid reader of all things different, debater of character development on tv/movies, loud singer/rapper when alone, and expertly strive to glitch the Matrix in my spare time.
